A gem in a haystack!

I found this podcast due to being interviewed and now, truly, I’m a fan! I listened to a couple of episodes to get a feel for her style and found myself hooked. I especially love her earlier episodes that are 10-20 minutes long, so I highly recommend going back and listening. I found her episodes on shadow work to be wonderful. This is a great bath time podcast as well, as the episodes are short enough and it’s always an easy, insightful, nourishing listen. Thanks for all you do and be Rachel!

Real talk about the most important conversations we have

The conversations we have with ourself is often the most influential conversation we can have. Rachel does an amazing job of calling us out to change the conversation from unhealthy to healthy. My favorite episode is the one on negative self talk. Rachel is also an amazing host. Enjoyed our conversation. What an honor to be on a podcast I really enjoy listening to.

Love Rachel’s level of intention

As a guest, the interview flowed so well. I really appreciated the level of intention and the way the conversation took us several places easily. Can’t wait for the episode to be shared with the world.

Fantastic Content

Rachel does a great job guiding guests to the heart of the matter. I always walk away knowing more than I did when I started listening.
