I’m the daughter of a poet and an actor. So, naturally, I became a therapist.

Since Carl Jung was required reading in our house, I learned early on how important it is to be your True Self.

Setting off on my awakened path, I went to therapy. Practiced Zen meditation. Read Alan Watts and Eckhart Tolle and Ramana Maharshi. I rubbed the crystals. Did the yoga. Took the self-development classes.

By my 30s, I’d discovered my Self but lost my connections with people.

Rather than feeling good about my life, I became more and more isolated and insecure about my choices.

I was at a crossroads: Stay stuck or trust my intuition and dive into complete self-acceptance.

I chose the latter.

For over 20 years, I’ve developed a powerful method for building complete confidence and self-acceptance. Clients and students often call it life-changing—because it goes far beyond traditional talk therapy.
