Our live sessions are where the real magic happens—collective meditation and the community energy of writing, sharing, asking questions, and receiving support and guidance. Due to the personal nature of these discussions, there will be no replays of the class meetings.
However, Monthly and Annual members will have access to that week’s meditation via the private podcast within 12 hours.
Sometimes life gets in the way and you’ll need to miss a session. Or maybe you live in a part of the world where the timing doesn’t work for you. (If that’s the case, email me at support@writeyourselfopen.com. We may be able to add a class.)
Whether you plan to be there or not, always feel free to send questions for the Q+A to the above address. Rachel will answer them in the next session or, if you are a drop-in, she will send you a personal response, usually within 24 hours.
Monthly and Annual members also have the opportunity to meet with Rachel once a month for a 30-minute private phone session.

Many of my clients have expressed that their former therapists were great listeners, but didn’t offer much in the way of insights or vision for a path forward. WYSO is designed expressly to offer innovative tools and deep reflections that support ongoing growth.

To better understand how you’ll save, here’s a quick breakdown of the two main elements of the program:
Weekly Therapy: $100/session x 50 weeks = $5,000
WYSO classes: $47 each x ~24 classes (minus holidays) = $1,128
TOTAL: $6,128
That’s an annual savings of $5,131 if you select the annual plan and $4,964 if you select the monthly plan.
